Balancing from your lower abs
In this class we use a yoga block and explore how gathering the lower stomach can support us in different shapes

Pilates/Yoga class- Exploring the diaphragm
In this class we explore the diaphragm. Class starts with breath awareness and continues to more classical exercises, while noticing the breath and hip flexor mobility.

Pilates/Yoga class with Swiffer
In this class we use the Swiffer to learn about our posture and challenge our practice.

Pilates/Yoga class- Straddle
In this class we will explore our straddle and upper back mobility. We will try using those to go upside down! You will need a chair and a Theraband.

Pilates/Yoga Class- Splits
In this class we prepare for splits and then use that flexibility to go upside down! You will need a Yoga block and some wall space.

Pilates/Yoga Class- Back Lower Ribs
In this class we explore where our back lower ribs are, and how knowing that can support our practice. You will need 2 yoga blocks and a TheraBand.

Pilates/Yoga Class- Open Hips
In this class we start with the wall and continue down to the mat, exploring hip extension and side bends.

Pilates/Yoga Class- Strong Shoulders
In this class we explore the relationship of the rib cage and the shoulder blades. Using that awareness to balance and go upside down! You will need one yoga block or a book, and the wall.

Pilates/Yoga Class- Wall Splits
In this class we play with splits! you can take class even if you can't do a split (I can't do a split). We will also go upside down. You will need one yoga block and some wall space.

Basic "feel good" Pilates class. You will need a foam roller.
